A private home with pool and pickleball on Long Island.

One residence, two ways to book

An entire-home stay gives your group the residence for overnight use under the confirmed rental terms. Five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms accommodate up to 12 overnight guests. Two primary suites are part of the same home; the residence is not presented as separate hotel rooms.

Spacious living areas, dining spaces and a fully equipped kitchen are part of the inside layout. The outdoor areas include a private pool, garden, covered outdoor kitchen pavilion, fire pit and pickleball court. Ask about the areas you hope to use when you inquire, so access can be confirmed for your dates and rental type.

Planning a gathering at the house

For a private event or daytime rental, begin with the occasion, date and total attendance. Events use approved event areas, and bedrooms are off limits. An overnight booking does not automatically include an event, even when the gathering involves people staying at the residence.

Read about entire-home stays for up to 12 overnight guests or explore our private event venue on Long Island before choosing an inquiry form. If you are considering both, describe both parts of your plan so management can review them separately.
