Staying at the residence
Your private residence
The entire residence is rented, subject to confirmed rental terms and availability. Five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms accommodate up to 12 overnight guests.
Arrival and departure
Check-in after 3 PM. Checkout before 11 AM.
Length of stay
Typically 2 nights, with flexibility depending on availability and season.
Nightly rates
Nightly rates vary by season, demand, weekends and holidays. Please inquire for your dates.
Cancellation
Cancellation follows the terms selected at the time of booking through Airbnb. Direct bookings may have separate cancellation terms outlined in the rental agreement.
Gatherings during a stay
Events and gatherings are not automatically included with an overnight stay and require prior approval.
Good to know before you book an event
- Up to 50 people in total including children, vendors and staff, subject to approved setup and applicable restrictions.
- Every event requires management approval and takes place in approved event areas.
- Bedrooms are off limits.
- No pets during events.
- Setup and breakdown must fit within the approved rental period.
- Pool, outdoor kitchen and sports court access are confirmed individually.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
- No parking along the main road in front of the property. Detailed parking arrangements require approval.

What about catering, alcohol and amplified music?
